You can enter the Friends of IWA Monthly Draw by clicking here to download a form or by requesting a Draw Brochure from fund@iwa.ie and completing it in respect of one of the following methods of payment.

Monthly Payments
Complete and submit a standing order in respect of monthly payments of your choice and return it to IWA Fundraising Department, Irish Wheelchair Association, Blackheath Drive, Clontarf, Dublin 3..

Annual Payments
Complete and submit a standing order or credit card payment with your draw brochure or submit a cheque/postal order with your Draw Brochure to the value of €150 or €300 or €600 made payable to Irish Wheelchair Association.

Alternatively complete your Draw Brochure and make a cash payment to the Coordinator at your local ROC for which you will be receipted.

When and Where is the Draw Held?
The Draw is held on the second last Thursday of each month throughout the year at Irish Wheelchair Association, Blackheath Drive, Clontarf Dublin 3. The first Draw will take place on Thursday 23rd July 2009.

How am I notified if I win?
A letter is forwarded by the Irish Wheelchair Association directly to the prize-winners after the draw has been held and all Draw Results are published on the IWA website, posted on the Notice boards of all IWA centres and published in our magazine SPOKEOUT each quarter.
