The Irish Wheelchair Association is continually striving to provide everybody the opportunity to view this site and all its content with ease and comfort. With this in mind we have made our new site as accessible as possible while still maintaining latest technology features. This site conforms to Triple-A Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 under the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. We are also using fully validated XHTML 1.0 and CSS coding which improves browser compatibility and page load-time drastically.
Although this site boasts a high level of accessibility, we are constantly looking for ways to improve access to those with specific difficulties. Therefore the this site will be reviewed regularly and developed accordingly so stay tuned for further developments!
