Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of I.W.A. Limited will be held in The Ballroom, The Heritage Golf & Spa Resort, Killenard, Co. Laois at 10am on Saturday 21st May 2011.

Ordinary Resolutions

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:

• To receive and consider the Company’s financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010 together with the reports of the directors and of the auditors thereon
• To elect directors.


• To authorise the directors to re-appoint the auditors and to fix their remuneration.
