Win a day off work with IWA
this Leap Year

If you didn't already know, 2012 is a leap year and unfortunately, it falls on a Wednesday so most employees will be working that extra day.

However, imagine the fun and excitement in your company by raffling that one day off for a lucky employee!

The good feelings don't end there, by taking part you'll be donating the proceeds to your local Irish Wheelchair Association which provides services and support to people with physical disabilities in your area!

Our special pack will be sent to you with everything you need to get your raffle started including a raffle card, promotional poster and lodgement slip. Your company must agree to give the prize of An Extra Day Off work to the lucky raffle winner.

Put up posters all over your workplace such as notice boards, canteen, break rooms and central locations.

Circulate your raffle card to all employees – for example from office to office. Send out email notifications too and post info on your intranet if you have one.

The Raffle...

All the employee has to do is buy a ticket for €5 to be in with a chance to win ‘An Extra Day Off Work!’.

Of course you can buy as many tickets as you like giving you some extra chances!

The Raffle will take place at a time and location convenient to your company.

Put all the numbers into a hat and see who wins that coveted day off work!

Use The lodgement slip provided to lodge the money collected to IWA. (The lodgement slip will be coded so that the money you raise goes to local IWA services.)

IWA will send you a receipt, thank you letter and Certificate of Appreciation for taking part.
