You're free to change your mind. Return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days, together with your till receipt, for a full refund.* This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
*Refunds will be to the same method of payment as your original payment. Our 14-day returns policy does not apply to custom made items or toileting aids. All returns are dealt with by the issue of a returns reference number. Faulty or damaged goods can be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund. If they are delivered but are deemed unsuitable within five working days, we offer a refund in full, minus the costs associated with the return. The items must be unused and in perfect condition. Any return sent without a returns reference number or without prior arrangement can not be refunded. Please do not send returns without making contact with Wheelchair Services at 01 818 6543 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Upon receipt of the goods we will process your refund or an exchange credit as required within 28 days.
When the products have been made or customised specifically for you; the products can not be resold for hygiene reasons e.g. toileting and incontinence items.
If goods are returned beyond the 14 day period but within 28 days of delivery, there will be a 20% charge to cover additional administration and restocking costs.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
