Membership of IWA entitles you to participate in the democratic decision-making processes of the organisation, including the election of Board members. Each year, members are invited to our Annual Conference to be informed about the organisation and given the opportunity to debate some of the issues facing the organisation.

As a member, you will also receive Spokeout, IWA’s health and lifestyle magazine.

IWA services are open to all people with disabilities, not just IWA members. Although we appreciate donations, there is no fee for membership.

Many people with disabilities obtain their Disabled Drivers Parking Permit (Blue Badge) through Irish Wheelchair Association. This does not automatically register you as an IWA member, in order to become a full IWA member you will need to complete the application form.
