Irish Wheelchair Association is rooted in communities across Ireland offering practical, life-changing services for people with physical disabilities.

We are your friends, family, neighbours and colleagues. Because of this, we can provide corporate partnerships with great meaning for your staff, customers and communities. There are many ways to support us.

Charity of the Year

Irish Wheelchair Association would love to be considered for your company’s Charity of the Year programme. As a long-standing charity with household recognition, we are fortunate to receive tremendous goodwill and generosity. As your Charity of the Year, you will be able to see the benefits of your support across the communities you and we work in and we can tailor a programme for you.

Partnerships & Sponsorship

We can build mutually-beneficial three to five year partnerships to meet your corporate social responsibility objectives, while bringing vital funds to a vibrant range of services – children playing wheelchair sports, high-impact para sports programmes, wheelchair accessible buses and buzzing community centres where people meet, share and are supported. We have so many options for you and your company, with the flexibility to create a partnership just for you.

Irish Wheelchair Association is delighted to work with many companies, which wish to provide volunteering opportunities for staff as part of their corporate social responsibility programme. We can work with your company to identify meaningful and enjoyable volunteering for your staff, benefiting both our organisations.

Corporate Wheelchair Basketball

Book your company into our wheelchair basketball experience. Enjoy a unique, fun and meaningful team-building experience with your staff.

Disability Awareness Training

Inclusion and diversity is key to every strong work environment. Irish Wheelchair Association delivers Disability Awareness Training to companies of all sizes. There is Government funding of 90% available to cover the cost of this training.  Educate your staff on disabilities and make your workplace more inclusive today.
