Hegarty’s Auto Services were delighted to learn that local man Michael was the winner of the Associations Super Ford Focus Car Draw. People with disabilities are an important part of Ford’s customer base. Ford Ireland is always trying to understand the requirements of people with disabilities better. We aim to offer safe vehicles which are both affordable and easily adapted, so that as many people with disabilities as possible can enjoy the benefits of being on the road. Michael who is a member of the Irish Wheelchair Association was delighted to be the lucky winner of the Super Ford Focus Car Draw and as he collected the keys to his prize he commented:
I was shocked when I received the call from the Irish Wheelchair Association’s Fundraising Department last December. I purchased the winning ticket from the Associations magazine SpokeOut for just €2 in order to support the charity who provides services to people with disabilities throughout Donegal, I never expected to be driving away with a brand new Ford Focus today.
