IWA-Sport’s fitness classes take place in our accessible gym in Clontarf.
IWA-Sport classes are fully accessible, inclusive and free to attend for gym members. A pay-as-you-go option is available for non-members at €7.00 per class.

Get up and Go
Get up and get moving with this full body inclusive class. This class will give participants an all-round workout and keep the heart rate elevated as the tempo increases throughout the class. You will work all the major muscle groups including legs, chest, back, arms and core! There’s no better way to start the day.
Lunch HIIT and Outdoor Circuit
Every Circuit and HIIT Classes will incorporate all aspects of fitness including strength and conditioning, resistance training, functional movement and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These inclusive classes will get your heart pumping and improve all aspects of fitness and burn calories.
Gentle ExWell Class*
ExWell Medical offers community-based supervised exercise classes to people with many different long-term illnesses and disabilities. Participants will be encouraged to become fit and active in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.
The rationale behind ExWell Medical is that a large proportion of the debilitation and sickliness that comes with any long-term illness is caused by becoming deconditioned. These classes will aim to improve or reverse this with appropriate exercise thereby greatly enhancing a person’s quality of life.

This community based seated or chair-class is designed specifically for our members with limited mobility or wheelchair users. Our instructors will guide you through exercises that are designed to help improve your strength, mobility and activities of daily living. Participants will be encouraged to push themselves to help improve movement ability and way of life.
