Irish Wheelchair Association is a membership organisation.

We are committed to being fully transparent and accountable to our members, funders and supporters about how funding granted to our work is used to support services for people with physical disabilities. 

Irish Wheelchair Association is a registered charity in Ireland (Registered Company No. 352483, Registered Charity No. CHY 5393 and Charity Regulatory Authority No. CRA 20007997).

We are committed to ensuring that the funds we receive from the Government, funders and supporters are used effectively to provide vital services for people with disabilities and to being fully accountable about how our funds are used.

Our Patron is President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins.
