James McCarthy NSEC Chairperson said, “The NSEC is delighted to appoint Con Coghlan and his management team. Con has led the Rebel Wheelers and the Irish U23 team with great distinction in recent years. Additionally, there is a high calibre of expertise in the backroom team and we wish them well in the coming years. I’d also like to take the opportunity to thank outgoing Head Coach Valene Ryan for her commitment to the role and the backroom personnel Valene worked with in recent years too”.
