The IWA-Sport Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on Tuesday 21st May 2024, with Members attending online and in person at the Sport Ireland Campus, in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

National Sports Executive Committee Chairperson James McCarthy led the proceedings and welcomed the new IWA CEO Ann-Marie O’Grady to the organisation who subsequently introduced herself to the Members present and delivered a warm address.

On the night, the 2023 Financial Statements were presented by CFO Catriona Griffin, and this was followed up by Nicky Hamill delivering the Annual Review where he delivered a comprehensive overview of activities across 2023, a copy of his presentation can be reviewed below.

The Election of Officers saw the Membership return James McCarthy for his second term as the NSEC Chairperson. Sarah Kerrigan and Ana Maia were also elected as Committee members to the NSEC. Congratulations to all on their appointments.
