IWA Driving Assessment Application Form

After completing your application you will be invited to complete a driving assessment. Please note, the assessment process is not like a driving test, but is a means to determine suitability to drive.

The cost of the initial lesson and assessment is €170 and typically will take one hour. If further lessons are required, the cost is €30 per lesson.

All applicants for driving assessment must hold a current driving licence or learner permit.

The medical section of the application form must be completed by a medical professional.
